    The new v11.7.1 will not install.It appears to be loading but stops every time at 50%-on android phone the black "bar" moves across the screen to approx 50% of the width of the window.I deleted v11.6 when that version stopped opening on the 18th

    On Windows 11 same story-won't load.

    Tried again this morning and the app worked

    Not sure if it's worth mentioning but I've had none of these issues that everyone is reporting.

    But I occasionally get a blank screen when I log in and the app loads. Screen is blank rather than displaying any account info. Log out n back in usually fixes it.

    PTSB said in their press release last week that it was an intermittent error affecting a number of account holders.

    Anyone who has ever worked in Tech Support or any form of "fixing stuff" type job will agree, intermittent issues are the hardest to fix.

    Sorry, but over in the Revolut thread you said something like: "I have no problems with ptsb aside from them going down last week".

    So, a week later and you are having problems with ptsb.

    I had no problems with PTSB before their systems failure is what I said.

    Their systems analysts reported a failure on the 17th April.When I tried to open my PTSB app on my phone and laptop they did not open on the 18th April when PTSB said everything was hunky dory again.

    On the 23rd April I spoke to the customer success(?) team who confirmed that everything was not hunky dory and said that I needed to be patient.

    Before the 17th April their systems were working fine as far as I was concerned.

    Mobile phone site began working on the 13th when I re-installed it again.Lost track of how many times I did that

    not down for me on IOS

    But appears to be down for my wife who is also on IOS, we are in different locations on different mobile networks. Also her office LAN doesn’t appear to be able to resolve the website PTSB.ie they’re on Virgin Media

    Yeah it’s ok on my wife’s iPhone…on WiFi. I’m currently using data and it comes up with a error
