Did 41.46kWh yesterday, 6.7kW system ESE facing - first 40+ day of the year! 😁 As mentioned above, that's about as good as it gets, think our highest daily total in the two years since installation is 43kWh odd.

While overall for the year, South is best, they tend to max out in late April/early May in terms of daily production.
However, those of us with an E/W split have a few small gains to grab yet. :-)

(Not so nice in December though)

My low slope NE/SW are really pulling good numbers these days

19.3 kWh first time breaking 19 this year.

I appear to be losing production for periods during the day. Before mid April there was a log of Grid High Voltage alarm shutdowns. After some sort of update the alarm log is empty even though the mimic shows an event, just for a second when one the app.

Record day today 49.6 kWh from 16x440 panels (7.04 kwp) Dublin, facing South. Will export 40 kWh, after importing 30 kWh, almost all at night rate including filling the 10 kWh battery.
System installed 3 months ago so still a newbie, but happy so far. Looking like the payback will be 5 to 6 years on my €9.5k net of grant outlay.

getting very close to 100kwh production today

Currently at 92.8kwh and still producing 2.3 kw

Highest of the year so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,370 ✭✭✭Busman Paddy Lasty

19.9 kWh today. Very happy with that.

    Generating 56kWh daily the last 3 days, here's today's curve. 9kWp E/W, coastal Northeast.

Quality shtuff. I'm delighted with 20.2 kWh, best day of the year so far.

it’s great seeing nearly 25 kWh everyday this week , my system is 3.44 , 8 panels s.w in east cork ,!

Had a look at 2024 compared to 2025 so far. (6.5Kwp E/W in South Dublin City)

    image.png

Over 200kwh more than last year. Long may it continue.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,404 ✭✭✭✭Hurrache

I had a better two weeks the last two than I had for any 2, or even 1, week period throughout the whole of last year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,404 ✭✭✭✭Hurrache

What app is that, sorta looks like SolisCloud.

Following on from @bullit_dodger s graph I compared back to the last to 2023 and this year is on track to be a record breaker..I have only 11 months of daily data for 2022 so didn't out that in but its looking good to break that as well. This week is going to be epic also

Yup, your spot on ECO. Next three days are looking very good for Dublin (and probably all of Ireland)

    image.png

    I'm forecasting Tues=34.2kWh , Weds = 35.5kWh, and Thur= 34.2kWh (6.5Kwp E/W in South Dublin city)

To think that I did 56kWh in the entire month of December :-)

Close to all time high, June 16th last year is still the winner there for me. Although June was a lot colder than normal.

Month production is on track to be a record.

It's like three perfect days in a row (and possibly more beyond)

    image.png

Highest I've ever seen Met Eireann forecast for Dublin is 8350 (which didn't turn out to be my all time high of 40.6kwh on the main roof) Temperature matters and a blue sky day with a breeze helps.

Tomorrow is 7776, so we've a bit left to go to "all time high" but we're near the max for sure least for Dublin

Best day yesterday for me since installation in Oct 2023. 45.5kwh on a 6.45kwp system just off south facing in Meath. Previous record was 43.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 151 ✭✭terrarev

53.1 KW/h yesterday. Best day so far though our system is only installed just over a month so not a lot to compare against.

    10kw south facing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,573 ✭✭✭NinjaTruncs

29.9kwh today, highest of the year so far and not far off the max I got last year. This May has been amazing so far, with the forecast looking good for the next week, my expectations are high for the month.

4.3kWp South facing PV System. South Dublin

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 700 ✭✭✭BabyEater

Best ever day so far 58.9kwh on a 8.7kwp south facing system in Louth. System installed last March.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,948 ✭✭✭50HX

Best day yet since install early April

    48.3kwh

    6.25 kwh south facing system

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,707 ✭✭✭bullit_dodger

This May is epic. I'm at 65% of PVGIS and that's counting only 15 days. We'll be taking about this May in hushed tones in years to come. I reckon I'll break the 1Mwh which I've only done a 2-3 times in 4 years.

Can it challenge May 2023? Probably!

Incredible days, 69.41 yesterday and 69.47 today.
