I get you there. But then again I'm unsure.

They're dotted all round Spain, where theres a vast range of quality fast food in general for the same price or cheaper.

Tried it in Los Angeles two years ago. Won't be having it again.

I've no personal experience of Taco Bell but based on what I've read on the internet, I associate it with scutterin' yourself and crazy Americans fighting in restaurants.

There's also this, a different Taco establishment, but any excuse to post it.

Taco Bell will do fine, Wendy's will do fine, chick a fill will do fine.

None will be operating as standalone operations, so shared premises, shared staff, shared facilities.

Simply another kiosk on the motorway food courts.

We're probably at "brand name" overload at this point. Anyone for Denny's? 😁

We're doomed anyway. We rarely buy frozen chips, but did today in the supermarket. There's a large freezer devoted to them and an even bigger freezer devoted to crispy breaded chicken. People want crap food.

A friend of my husband, his son, went into a fast food restaurant management graduate position after his engineering degree and currently earns multiples of what he would be earning if he stayed in engineering.

yeah, there’s also large fridges for salads and other food too, but sometimes people want to buy breaded chicken and frozen chips?

You’re never going to make people who want to eat crap eat healthy. Not selling it supermarkets won’t stop people eating it. I find a lot of the time it’s generational almost. If your parents eat shite you’ll probably eat shite.

A mate of mine who frequents the states once described the food in taco bell as "liquid shyte"

More takeaway, aren’t we fat enough already. Aren’t we heading for an obesity epidemic.

.People just need to learn how to cook. Doesn’t have to be cordon bleu but healthy food . Cheaper than all this takeout too.

I see Popeye's is also opening on Westmoreland St.

I love fried chicken and I love the ads for Popeyes on US TV that I watch on the dodgy box.

    My mouth waters.

Definitely giving that place a go when it's open and I'm next time in Dublin.

Garron Noone has a video about it, 1,300 comments on YouTube after 2 hours. This is the first one:

"Worry less about your taste buds and more about your colon. The Irish sewer system is about to be severely tested."

I had Taco Bell in the UK a few times last year. It was tasty and there was no negative after effects but portions are too small. No better or worse than any other fast food chain.

It's God awful, comparing it to other fast food it's the worst I've had. There's actually a fair few places, food trucks etc that you can get decent Mexican food, this really isn't needed. No surprise they are going for places where you might just take what you can get.

Adults can eat what they like I eat McDonalds occasionally, the food Nazi's have some sort of eating disorder IMO but there should be some expectation that parent don't let their children eat too much rubbish, apparently it's become a thing with children and teens saying the only dinner they want is crispy fried chicken how did they start eating it the first place.

Had it in California a few years ago. Most of the food over there is crap and Taco Bell was no exception. With that being said, BK and McD's over here serve vastly better food than their US counterparts so it will be interesting to see what happens when they open here

    #MEGA MAKE EUROPE GREAT AGAIN

I reckon airfryers have a lot to do with that. I don’t own one but I bet most use it for fried food like chips and frozen fired chicken etc - it’s a long term recipe for obesity ironically

When I lived in US it was known as the "Homeless Kitchen"…

They'll probably be queueing up for it like they were when Krispy Kreme first opened.

McD's would be much the same, their outlets there are filled with homeless $1 for a burger, or about 10 empty cans
