The new TV app isn't great either.

I've also had the dreaded "error you are streaming on too many devices" message a lot lately. If they're going to enforce a one-device only policy without boost, they need to do a lot better of recognising when you switch devices, or at least give you an option of "stopping" the screening on the original device.

Absolutely despise the new app layout and function. Whose bright idea was it to make the channel IDs so small as to make them virtually impossible to read??

It's useless. The previous setup was far better, you could switch football matches without having to go back and switch channels.

At the start a whole load of garbage I don't want to watch is placed in front of me until I eventually find the sports channels I do want to get to.

It's all American now. American tv and film had lots and lots of weaknesses too.

I cancelled Sky Sports hoping to get a cancellation deal, they haven't come up with any discount yet, hopefully they'll give me 1 before the cut off date of the 12th of May.

You would be far better giving feedback to Now directly, so that the devs can take this advice on board.

No help for the app on the link below unfortunately - but there is a contact link.
If they arent aware of problem, then they cant fix it.

I have cancelled everything, although I am on a cancel anytime sport + sport extra + ultraboost 6 months rolling offer for a total of 28 Eur (30 Eur from May). I'm annoyed with Now - the price/quality ratio feels no longer right. By the way: no offer whatsovever received following termination. Never mind. It is what it is.

Cancelled Now Entertainment plan as had gone to 11 euros or so - got a 6 month offer for 3.50eu a month, took that.

Offered half price movies for 5.99 for 6 months, might bite at that, will see if any codes in the next few days.

Ultra boost codes like hens teeth it seems. Too dear for what it is….

My 12 month minimum term for the Sports Extra Pack expires in the middle of August. As it's the Premier League I mainly watch, I'll wait till the new rights cycle for it starts then and see if Sports Extra will still exist after that. There's a possibility that TNT may migrate over to the Discovery+ platform, from where it operates in the UK currently.
