Coughlan a bit unlucky to lose out. Peter Casey and Murphy must have knocks?

Delighted to see Hayes at 6 and Cathal ONeill on the bench, hopefully strong enough to get the job done

Played well the last day, used the ball well picking out good forward passes including for O Brien's goal.

Fine hurler but his hurling is a fraction slow at times to make the half back line. Got turned over late in the game and led to a direct score.

Agreed last day was one of his better games but as others have said no way is he a starter if everyone is available

Good to see that half back line, there's a bit more pace there, think the full back line will be fine, injury would be the main concern, suprised to see T Morrissey ahead of O'Neill to be honest...should be strong enough to best Waterford especially as they come off a 6 day turnaround(very unfair for them BTW)

Probably not risking O'Neill from the start after pulling out before the last game. O'Neill should offer big impact from the bench.

Delighted to see Hayes playing in the half back line. Gillane and O'Brien should get good service with him back there.

Really hope DOD can feature on Saturday before going into the Cork game. Would be a concern if he doesn't feature again.

Yes, didn't even notice he wasn't starting its been that long, hopefully he gets good minutes and is a solid option for Cork, even to come on as a Sub would be a massive impact for the team...

Great to see all 4 of our usual back 3 actually all fit at the same time. Don't think it has happened in ages that all 4 were fully available.

Peter Casey missing again is a worry though.

looks great on paper, hopefully they start in these positions. Would be nice to see Sean Finn back flying again.

Ground should be nice and dry. Finally get to see the team open up the legs and do some summer hurling.

This is actually a massive game not just for progression but for the expectations of the season.

We do not want to be facing into Cork at home as a must win game. Get points now and look forward.

It's a huge game for the full back line. If this goes wrong it's the end of an era.

Still id be very confident. Clare were so poor and Waterford did the business but without looking brilliant either.

    Hi folks,
Not going to be able to make it down to Waterford this evening as my son has come down with something. So I’m selling 3 tickets (2 adults, one juvenile) for the South Stand in Walsh Park this evening, all seated together.

lyons kept Waterford in it whole game

He was awful. Some of the fouls were so obvious.

Mikey Kiely fouled the ball several times along with fouling players and never pulled once

An absolute disgraceful exhibition from Lyons,it what we expect from him at this stage, kept Waterford in it with soft frees.Roll on 2 weeks time when hopefully we wont have to put up with Sean Stacks bs again.
