I gave my take earlier and quoted it for other players. Given that you think I'm a wolf and have declared a vote for me I'm surprised you missed it.

I'm also surprised you missed the detail in the IA report because I'd expect villagers to pore over that.

Ok. So you're taking the flavour as being definitive. I'm not sure about that, especially when we're not sure what the mechanic in play is.

Well, obviously someone has put forward two names, in a bid to get info on them. Obviously whoever has done that will have a better grasp on what the exact mechanic is. But I do think there’s some level of concrete information to be dug out of those messages. What would be your read of them?

I'd agree that there is concrete info there but I'm not sure we can read it all literally. Two people had two different interpretations of the wolves roles today for example. I think basically that there is enough ambiguity written into the reports that you can't take them at face value and I would be careful to clear or condemn based on that. You think one person put forward 2 names, I think Abi suggested one was from wolf and one from village. Either way, what if the names are slotted into pre-written flavour? I guess I'm skeptical because I'm pretty suss on Vern at the moment!

Anyway… current reads list:

Abigail WW Village read at the moment. Active, asks good questions, observant.
Brendan WW Village read due to Derry shot and Steve peek requests - don't see a wolf doing that.
Clodagh WW Village read due to Steve set up.
Conor WW Village read due to Derry killing. Can bus be ruled out? Maybe not but good there for now.
Fiona WW Neutral - Can see arguments for both village and wolf. One to watch but not likely to vote here.
Senan WW Neutral - Similar to Fiona as in can make arguments for both. Open about being in backroom but could be lying about events.
Vernon WW Posts a lot of "information" but little commentary. Always seems around a half day behind. Leaning more wolf than village.
Wendy WW Very villagery but concerned about why still alive and kicking. Gabs had more heat than Wendy did but he was killed. Reading back with this in mind, a couple of posts stood out.

I've stayed on Gabs. But happy to switch to Conor, Steve or Tegan.

I'm going to vote for Vernon. I'm not fully caught up on stuff the last while, but I'm most comfortable voting there based on everything I've read to date.

If Steve and Vernon are a wolf team, Steve was trying to bus Vernon very early.

I think Steve's game was just a bit of fun starting off , no tasks or malice suss in it, just to get the thread moving, interactions

I would peek Wendy, save Gabriel and shoot Gusy

Listing Senan as who they want shot, while defending Steve.

I personally don't get the vibes that Tegan and Steve were the types of wolves who were trying to bus another early on. I feel reading back currently that Senan looks very good out of these conversations. Vernon too.

I like the idea of a wolf in the Day1 Tegan voters (Angus(RIP), Wendy, Brendan, Fiona)

Derry said to protect Wendy in his shoot/peek/protect and Steve had Wendy top of his village list before he was shot. That's ballsy wolf play if Wendy is a wolf. I'm not ruling it out, but I'm going to park her for today.

Tegan had a six person village list (Angus, Gabriel, Fiona, Steve, Conor, Fiona). I don't think she puts Steve and Fiona on that list but I wonder if the double Fiona was a little slip...

I've got a good read from Riona today, and Conor and Clodagh I'd have almost lock village

Leaving Senan and Vernon. Senan has posted a lot and I haven't been through it, I'm going to park him and try to do that tomorrow. I've not got much on Vernon, I felt quite good about him before but I'm just but sure.

Which leaves me FFA as Fiona, Brendan, Vernon

Was just about to post about Bren's #FFA myself.

This is interesting. I hadn't considered that as a possibility. Derry was Vic right - so would Bren have found out right away or not until this morning do you reckon?

And if you look back at Fiona she said today that Steve probably wanted to be investigated because of a mechanism that would kill the person investigating.

Add that to her having finished work early, but nine minutes later being busy in work, the house move, out for dinner so missing the alternative FFA and even the restaurant recommendation.

Just seems way too nonchalant for someone who's under pressure e.g.

Likely there's one left so we are good.

Even if we screw up a few times I think we have this in the bag.
