On the topic, I was listening to some meditation material to help with my booming stress levels, (who ever said 2nd hand pot is free relaxation hasn't met me!)

Was nice an relaxed and towards the end of the recording the voice told me I could choose to be happy or choose to be sad it was a choice!

Now while I agree to some degree, its not always a choice(see hormones, unreleased stress etc) I really like that recording but victim blaming like that is more than a ta.

I emailed a healthcare professional on behalf of a family member, there was confusion about the dates of a catch up test for an ongoing issue, the phone lines in their home are submerged and this makes calls over a minute sound like they are from outer space.

Yesterday I got a response, repeating the info they had given before but not clarified the date for the retest, the freaking point of the email!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another 2 day delay till they find time to email again, more than ta'ed that ppl dont read or are so literial that they dont see what is literally written in front of them!!!!!

I took a chance that the bin men wouldn’t look in the bin as the bag had ripped . They did and didn’t take it . I have a day ahead of me to rebag it

they apparently closed for the afternoon for a team meeting after 1pm… they errr couldn’t leave one receptionist / admin person on the desk ? Given it’s a fûckin primary healthcare facility !?

was..nothing on their socials, nothing on their website, there was nothing on their voicemail…not even a sign on the surgery door…about a meeting pre-scheduled weeks or months in advance… lazy thoughtless, unprofessional shower, going downhill… they really don’t look professional or caring.

missed call from a 0044 number at 7.15 am this morning. Any UK number of family etc are saved in my phone under their name. So it was either a wrong number or a scam. Googling the number brings up zero results either way…

Walking into a cobweb and it getting stuck in your hair. And then you spend ages afterwards feeling like it's still stuck in your hair.

UPS need to work on their expected delivery window… item only picked up from Kerry at 10am and the window was 10am - 1pm. Still hasn't corrected!

Fastway doing one of their hit-and-run specials yesterday. No knock,no ring, but I was expecting it and I know what time they'd come. Email saying 'left in a safe place [door]'. It is actually pretty safe, but you could at least ring the bell!

Prevent accidents like these from happening by leaving a slice of plain toast on the floor.

One of the items in the package Fastway delivered yesterday, from AliExpress, was a new screen for an iPhone I was given. Had a free bag of tools. Great. Not great tools, but hey. TA, only includes one of the two different special-tip screwdrivers need for an iPhone. Hmmph.

    Peanut bag sizes.

There doesnt seem to be any multipacks. Its either a branded 50g pack or an own brand 200g pack, both priced about €1.50

Lidl https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/4056489823957/roasted-salted-peanuts-simply €0.52 TAed they were only 49 cents two weeks ago ;-(

Not the best peanuts in the world, peanuts are a bit small but for the money they go great with a few pints.

Wake me up when it's all over.
