Is there any way of telling if a property is rented or owner occupied ?

I am looking to move to a particular area where properties don’t come on the market very often. Is there any register where you can see if a property is owner occupied or rented? Thinking of doing a Mail Drop to see if any owners are interested in selling.

The RTB have a register of rented properties. Assuming the rental properties are registered with the RTB, they should be on that.
