    I'm honestly surprised how you can even relax in one of those things. If it's anything like the CT scan I got during my last trip to hospital, it's definitely not relaxing. It felt more like being loaded into a torpedo tube…

    It wasn’t so much that, it’s just that the bed/stretcher/loading rail was so narrow that I felt I was just going to roll off it with every jolt of the machine. I didn’t really mind the tunnel, I’m blind as a bat anyway as soon as I take off my glasses… 🤓🦯

    Beautiful sunny evening here in Dublin too - as I make my way home on the bus through town from my twice monthly nude swim.

    OH is in a low and in bed - but I really hope we can get out and about tomorrow - if he improves and the weather stays good. 🫰🫰

    Simple things, can be very annoying but it's also free and just good to enjoy simple stuff. Saw a Robin the other day and could just stop for a moment with it

    Had a homemade chicken korma with Bombay potatoes, rice, and naan bread. Followed it up with a little Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
