Ideal Logic System s24IE not starting

My Logic Boiler is displaying two dashes, it attempts to start when I turn on and I can hear the boiler for approx 3 mins, then it stops. The display only displays "- -" I have tried turning off mains power and also hitting the restart button but no joy.

User manual says that switch is in off position. Check that first & then possible fault with the boiler on/off switch.
