Co-Ax Cabling

I am trying to tidy up all my cabling (which is a lot) in my home office to facilitate inbuilt furniture.

My co-ax cable is very stiff and not easy to manipulate.

Is it possible to have co-ax cabling in a more pliable format, or does that imply a drop in efficiency?

A link to UK Amazon item would be greatly appreciated

Copper coax is a shared network with everyone in your neighborhood. If you interfere with the terminations, you can cause noise/reflections on the cable which can degrade the performance for all your neighbours. It is probably in the terms and conditions of your contract with VM that the network remains their property, and that you aren't allowed to make DIY alterations. Lots of people add DIY extensions, but that doesn't mean it's legal, and it is one of the reasons why the network has performance issues. If VM upgrade you to fibre at some stage in the future, your Coax will no longer be needed. The new streaming TV boxes all use Ethernet or WiFi. Have you checked if there is a fibre provider at your address? (OpenEir or Siro?).

We have been upgraded to fibre only to the external box. They have not come to do any internal connections yet (I'm assuming this is required too)

The street cabinet is serving everyone in your area from the same coax. The Advertising Standards Authority stopped VM branding this as fibre a few years ago. Check the Comreg availability checker to see if you have a real fibre provider (FTTH).

They actually came and laid new fibre cable to the external box on my house
