Where to get xantham gum

    hi all,

    Anyone know where I can get xantham gum?
    I’ve tried Tesco and dunnes and they don’t stock it anymore even though Tesco website says they do?

    I got it in SuperValu recently. There was an empty space on the shelf where it was for a while. I checked every day I was in. One day it was there. I got it, and then there was none there again!

    Any healthfood shop will have it either. In the supermarkets look near the glutenfree baking stuff.
