How long does a sheriff eviction take?

Assuming you have the court order in place it can be 2-3 weeks for a Sheriff to evict. Going through this at the moment and this was advice of solicitor.

This is irrelevant to the question in this thread. The sheriff has been sent for. There is a court order for the tenant to vacate the property. They are now a trespasser and no longer a tenant, other than for some purposes under the Tenancies Act.
