AIB app down?

The AIB app is not working for me today. Is it down today 28th March 2025?

Got connected in a browser on a PC so probably app related.

Not working for me or the other half. Just keeps saying authenticating on a loop.

Happens to me sometimes too, I find force closing the app and restarting it usually helps.

I am on a android phone. Seems to be the issue with Android app.

Happened a buddy last weekend, AIB app wouldn't work on android.

Contacted AIB, and after 50 minutes of trying this, that and the other, he eventually decided to restart the phone..... The app worked once he did that!

If that doesn't work and you're tempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, I would first clear the app cache. That often fixes the problem.

Press and hold your finger on the app icon, tap the 'i' (information) icon in the upper-right corner of the popup panel, scroll down the options and tap 'Storage', then tap 'clear cache' in the lower right corner.
