2 reasons for this post. Flutter say they are finalising and will pay me but nothing in the past few days and no word if they will let me keep my account or lock it indefinitely.

But more importantly. I'm having a max bet today. I'd never encourage anyone to bet as its a road to misery. But I wouldn't put anyone off have a few bob on this.

5.35 Carlisle - Passengerontheship. Around 11/10 with Powers now. Not sure about elsewhere. Max win bet here for me. Gone from 84 to 88 without winning. But... The distance.. Distance.. Distance.

Big up in distance today. Pedigree needs it and pretty decent horse. I personally have it rated 100 plus and take into account the weight it's carrying. 100% Max bet.

if anything has shown how far boards.ie has fallen, it’s the fact that Sonofgoat is being considered some sort of gambling guru.

As a long time member who just popped back in, I suggest you look back through this forum and see how he was generally exposed as a spoofer. Tips from an uncle in the US on a Wed night, 2 mins before a seller at a tiny track.

Never bet a horse bigger than 2/1 and yet had about a 1 in 10 strike rate.
There were top class tipsters in here over the years, most of who left because of this lads nonsense.

Trust me - I am no expert but i don’t claim to be. But I and many others in here spotted the nonsense a long time ago.

and don’t fall for the “I am leaving” BS either, he spent 2022 saying if his horse was beat he’d be gone, only to come back an hr later with “inside info” on a 1/3 shot.

Following on from my earlier message - in Feb 2022 I offered SonofGoat a 500 eur challenge - 1 bet a day for a month, whoever wins takes the cash and the other leaves the forum.

Luck is temporary and class is permanent, so I will offer him the same terms for 1k, over a period of 3 / 6 months, his choice, to see who is the better punter - me, a clueless one or him, the expert. It can be 10 bets a day, or one a month. Whatever his expertise determines.

Judging by his bets, the stake is relatively small considering he has accounts closed down and he is betting 100s per day (his words, not mine) - we can appoint a trusted mod from the forum to hold the stake in safekeeping, cash up front from both of us. It might even inject some interest back into the forum.

What do you say @sonofgoat - we start 1st May, I am a jumps guy with zero interest in flat but I will beat you with average punter knowledge. Trust me. Time to show your belief in your "knowledge" and back your words with money. If not, the forum can see you for what you are.

Was unbelievable for awhile on here, I'd never seen someone pick so many short favourites and so many of them lose! He also used to constantly state things like…if this one loses I'll never post again…yet always back after they lost.

Constitution Hill just hasn't look right the past few runs. But just my opinion, I think it needs soft going as opposed to good to soft or yielding. A good horse will beat donkeys even on ground it doesn't like, but when it meets a worthy opponent it's a different story. The horse will win again for sure. I also think Lossiemouth prefers soft too, but for the prize money and glory a bit of a chance is taken. Just my opinion, I could be off the mark.

After backing unequal love to win in the 1.10 at Newmarket. Looks to me the horse is layed out for this particular race. Going back in form. Ran October 2023 and won here at Newmarket May 2024. Now it last ran October 2024 and here we are again. The horse likes to be held up and come late. Shouldn't be any traffic issues here, hopefully.

Someone asked if I can post my bets earlier... The answer is no I can't. I've been through a lot of hassle and stress since March when my betting account was suspended. It was horrible having to drive through 3 counties to put bets on.

Sky bet asked me to call them, we had a good conversation, they reopened my account which had multiple Ks in it. Not only that but they didn't restrict my account at all, so far, under certain conditions. They are very good to me and I'm very grateful to them. But I gave them my word on a few things. Others like hills I'm restricted to under €1per bet and 365 closed my account forever.

So, I'll be putting my bets on closer to the off time. Some I'll post and a lot I won't.

I'm reluctant to post bets all the time, I don't want people to lose money. I can takes hits and keep going. But even certs get beat from time to time.

I will post more proof of bets but they will be less than 10mins before the off unfortunately.

Just wanted to clear that up, some have asked to post bets earlier.
