    I would go with the same again for ease of replacement.
    The limitation in an instantaneous electric shower is the rate at which water can be heated, so none of the competition will offer any better performance.

    If you want an improvement in showering experience, ditch electric showers, install quality German shower fittings like Hans Grohe/Grohe and get a Stuart turner 3 BAR twin pump.

    I fitted such a pump and plumbed it so it feeds both the hot and cold circuits for the whole house so the increased pressure and flow benefits are delivered to everything, not just the showers.

    Or, if going for a pumped shower but not all electric and for a fraction of the above cost, consider the Triton Novel SR, which will deliver up to 14 LPM of hot water and has its own integral pump and thermostatic mixer. Of course, also requires a HW cylinder.
