    I 9pm news is anything to go by then if you take a slug of a drink every time toxic is mentioned you'll be sloshed half way through the show.

    Instead of all this pointless debating, isn't it obvious at this point that the negatives of social media far outweigh the positives. We have crossed the rubicon a long time ago. Isolation, mentall health issues, lonliness, etc. despite being "hyper-connected". And this applies to both genders.

    Yes, I do recognise the irony of my post, coming from social media, but Boards is a lot different than Insta, X, FB, etc. in my view.

    Ha look at that. I was bang on. Ben did a decent job of calling out this bullshit.

    Now we have a school principal on who is disengenous, dishonest and can easily virtue signal all of these luxury beliefs because the tax payer has to pay for them.

    At 12 years of age you can play computer game where people ask you "asl" which means age sex and location.

    There was some woman here on boards that let her 10yo child play GTS 5 and thought it was fine.

    Semi decent netflix show getting way more coverage than it should.

    Absolute nonsense. Maybe keep your kids off netflix and social media, and be more engaged and involved as a parent, rather than making a netflix show mandatory for them.

    I'm 40, and it's absolutely frightening how many parents of my generation are more interested in being their kids mate rather than parent these days, and are also gluttons for social media "engagement" themselves.

    So true. It's an easy way out isn't it. Being the friend rather than setting a standard of behaviour and conduct.
