    couldn't believe the lack of cybersecurity questions on the interview…all about the framework and box ticking

    This is what threw me off about my HEO ICT I&O interview; they actually asked somewhat relevant questions, as opposed to getting you just reading out what you had filled into the box on the application form (which is what they usually get you to do).

    When I did the I&O interviewer earlier this year, I didn't get my OOM until 3 weeks after my interview..

    My OOM was 40 in the April 2024 I&O ICT HEO Dublin Only competition. Just got offered a position and emailed the required documents. I'd say the Garda vetting wont be finished until after Xmas, as everything grinds to a halt around now :/

    One of them checked if I knew what random IT acronyms meant, another asked my recent relevant experience, and the last one asked about the stuff I put in the boxes. Question layout seemed more public sector than civil sector.
