Letter advised there will be no formal introduction but the board and will proceed directly with examining competencies at once.…

Hello,

Has anyone experience of a shortlisting interview for Grade 5 Staff Officer in County Council? I got my invitation to interview. There is 2 board members and interview will be for 15 min. Letter advised there will be no formal introduction but the board and will proceed directly with examining competencies at once. (1. Delivery Results 2. Understanding Purpose, Specialist Knowledge, expertise and Development)
I would appreciate any helpful tips or advise! 😁
