The company is about to tank - no question about it - buyers will decide and I’d say they’ll ultimately say no to Tesla- who wants a car that likely won’t be supported by software updates or proper servicing - not a hope in hell I’d buy on new or second hand

The old two wrongs make a right gambit. When pointed out that something dodgy is going on, the first port of call is to find someone else who did something similarly dodgy and claim that makes it ok. When in reality both are wrong

Whilst some may not necessarily refuse to buy based on politics, the risk of being left with massive depreciation and unsupported technology would certainly be enough for most intelligent buyers.

Environmental impact of the mines also - I would imagine America will go hell for leather just like they do in their own country and leave water supplies and environment in a toxic mess - I know it feels like a minor point right now but huge swathes of Ukraine could become uninhabitable .
