21+ days apartment let in Dublin

I'll be getting an apartment in Dublin soon and I'm planning on doing 21+ day lets. Apart from listing on Airbnb, are there any other options? Like approaching companies directly (is that done?), or using companies that manage short term lets, or anything else I don't know about? Many thanks.
