Spanish blue wall capping where to buy?

Hi folks, Have a wall in the back garden that would like to cap with something like these.. about 6 or 8 inches wide, by 1.5 deep approx. Would you get the like of them in Ireland?

Looks like a ceramic capping and given the region of Spain probably is.
Probably wouldn't suit an Irish climate to be honest.
