    Just wondering if anyone else is buying in Belview Wood in Maryborough Ridge in Cork. Do you have any updates on the plans and phases? What are the developers like?

    Wondering the same here - does anyone have any experiences with this development, or knows someone who might've moved in phase 1?

    Last I heard was the Phase 2 that was supposed to start this spring got pushed to May. There was a mention of about 300 houses in total to be built for the area, but haven't seen the plans for all phases.

    How is the quality of these builds? How is it living in the area, would you recommend to a young family with kids?
