Folks after first year membership is paid how long does it take to get the gui card for the handicap etc?

Your club can set you up on Golf Ireland pretty much straight away, they will give you your Golf Ireland number and your login.
The card will arrive a few days later, but you don't need the physical card.

You should also get your masterscoreboard login, or whatever other service your club uses for competitions.
