Indesit washer dryer, all lights flashing

Model: Washer/dryer IWDC6125S

When using drying cycle on its own, after about 15 minutes, all lights on top row start to flash and water can be heard and seen entering the detergent compartment.

I have checked the filter at the base of the machine and it's clear. Also, as the water is entering the detergent compartment, the pump is running to drain it, and I can see a good flow, so no blockages in these areas.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
