Frawley looks exactly like the player Leinster made him.

    Lost.

    He’s gone back to FB.

Osborne in at 12 (Fralweys best position).

    I feel sorry for Frawley.

Paddy McCarthy has really put on weight, scrumming very well too

Welsh crowds with their constant booing can be tiresome

Not a bad one-two finish between Slimani and Snyman!

That try will hopefully take the pressure off Leinster for the rest of this match.

I think this game it's a hard slog to watch for the neutral as well if you don't follow team white/blue or team black.

It's a very poor game if you do follow either side though.

Leinster had at least 3 opportunities to kick that ball deep into the Ospreys 22, but they pissed about trying to pass through the Ospreys and conceded the penalty.

Their try came directly from that initial overplaying.

How many stupid penalties are Leinster going to concede?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 14,018 ✭✭✭✭Exclamation Marc

Squeaky bum time for the last five minutes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 9,385 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

Oh that was a great try from Ospreys. Do you think Leinster will sneak another try over to win it now?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,972 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    Leinster deserve to lose this.

I'm shocked by how stupid they've been. That ball needed to be kicked three phases before it was and yet again they made the mistake of trying to go through the phases with carrying yet with every contact they were pushed backwards.

Jaysus that's such a good counter ruck from Rory McGuire. Was desperately needed.

Leinster have a got a last minute reprieve for the final 2 minutes. Could Leinster go for a DG here to finish it off?

    Kick

    The

    Ball

Lol, that sums up the game

Take those four points and run home lads.

Poor game. Ref very generous to Ospreys. Leinster should have won a lot more comfortably.

Awful game, great to take the win though.

That will stand to a lot of those young Leinster players. Some of the more experienced Leinster players (frawley, Osbourne, McGrath) were pretty poor.

Lucky to get outta there with the points. Poor performance by both 10s worryingly. 15/15 now for the season.

    6 ospreys deserved potm.

Lucky to get that win. Some sloppy sloppy play but some good showing with the counter ruck by 18, snyman with the glorious offloads, and hopefully the hard graft will stand to those who play at the business end of the season.

Was it ospreys who ended the really long streak Leinster had a few years back?

Frawley is a great player, but he's not a 10. Backline had no organisation outside of him and he was trying to run everything. He sliced his kicks and his passing was ropey.

He hasn't taken the opportunity given to him. Prendergast is well ahead of him now and I think so is Ross Byrne.

Disagree on Osborne. Though he had a strong game. Frawley was very poor though.

I think our loose head crisis might be ok, both lads had very strong showings

  • Subscribers, Paid Member Posts: 44,832 ✭✭✭✭sydthebeat

How many knock ons did he have?

For a guy with his stature and experience he should have been a leading light out there. He wasn't. Thought he was very one dimensional when he moved to midfield.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,972 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Boyle and Slimani were our best players. Osborne, JOB and Deegan played well also.

I liked Paddy McCarthy's stint off the bench. Our scrum held up well and we still had the better of the Ospreys in the set piece. He looks like he ate last season's Paddy McCarthy too. Put on a lot of size.

To be fair a couple of the passes to him were awful. One from Frawley was knee-height.
