    I’m not overly familiar with Ballyfermot, but where exactly are the houses on Decies Road that were NOT originally built by Dublin Corporation? I thought they all were?

    Yeah I used to follow him and he always was saying to try it. It worked for a family member of mine about 6 years ago (pre hearing him do it). A person had passed away, they stuck a letter in saying they had grown up in the area, wanted to try stay close to their family and if they were open to that x was their maximum budget - it worked!

    Eta - they weren't coffin chasing they waiting until it went on the market
