Crazy House prices has it in his book to write the letter, had a family member do it pre hearing it from him about 6 years ago and it helped.

€30k more than asking will always reduce the guilt trip so to speak.

Joe Duffy has his mom's house deeds

Joe's parents started renting in 1953. Then bought it 15/10/1981 for £4925 or €28k in 2025 money

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,025 ✭✭✭✭BPKS

She carried the deeds around with her?

Hope she didn't leave them in the unlocked car with the keys in the ignition like her neighbour.
