Eyebrow Mascara

Help an OAP out please,

I want to diminish the look of my salt-and-pepper eyebrows(tinting is out of the question), but I've lost the only tube of this stuff I've owned. Can anyone who knows anything about this kind of thing tell me what's good for occasional use and not ruinously expensive? where I can find it would be good too, my brain boggled from looking at the variety of mascara types out there.
