From what I remember the whole estate was done a few years ago it took a couple of years i live just up the road from the estate & know folks that live in there that had to move out when it was being done.

Many thanks. Just went down in the estate and asked a few people. They gave same reply. Much assured now. Now will wait for the vendor to come back with the certificate of pyrite remediation.

Seeing a lot of houses for sale in the drynam area which would be a bad sign. We looked at a house which had been sale agreed 3 times and the previous buyers all pulled out. Owner was a bit coy about the works done/reports so we also pulled out.

My old boss used to live there and I remember him telling me about the pyrite issues. It was resolved in the end.

I believe the work was done but you would still depend on the seller having the full detail and paperwork to prove it.

I have received such a certificate from the previous home owner. Bank was satisfied and issued the loan. I am now living in the house for a couple of years. no problems yet, fingers crossed.

I'm applying in the BOI as well, so I think it will be approved.

What do you think about the neighbourhood?

Does anyone tell any issue about pyrite. I'm a little afraid, but I did walk around and live this place

Love the neighbourhood. good for family.

I think all the houses were remediated back in 2011 or around that time. No issues been known recently.
