Looking to buy a house in Drynam Drive. Any advise on pyrite problem in the area in 2022 is most welcome.

From what I remember the whole estate was done a few years ago it took a couple of years i live just up the road from the estate & know folks that live in there that had to move out when it was being done.

Many thanks. Just went down in the estate and asked a few people. They gave same reply. Much assured now. Now will wait for the vendor to come back with the certificate of pyrite remediation.
