    Hi

Quick question, is anyone aware of any successful cases that have reveresed the 20%/35% RCT withholding tax to 0% in the first year or two of a company being established? Thanks!

Only in cases where someone is incorporating what was previously operated as a sole trader for a number of years without any issues, other than that it is near impossible to get a 0% deduction rate in the first three years
