Electrician needed for an ESB cert to move my meter

    Been badly let down by the contractor that did the rewiring on my house. Due to illness I did not get around to getting the meter moved. Now ESB want a new cert, apparently they only are valid for 3 months, although no one told me.

    If anyone certified electrician can help I would very much appreciate your help.

    you should go back to the original rec

    It’s not permitted to certify someone else’s work.

    then report him to safe electric. He has done work and provided you with a completion certificate when the work hasn’t been finished


    there are options then for a change of contractor but that could be costly and time consuming. Other rec’s are also reluctant to come in on someone else’s work too
