General query - HKC / battery warning

A recently widowed friend told me about a newly appearing issue with their house alarm system. When they enter their pin code it comes back with a message about battery needing changing and to contact their alarm company. I think it goes ahead to set alarm but the alarm will eventually sound so she has not been able to set it when leaving her home.

I am wondering if there is a quick DIY battery replacement fix that I can assist my friend with? When visiting their house I can see there is a HKC keypad, no window/door contact sensors but she has a number of movement sensors throughout the house. All sensors, except 1 of them, turn on a blue led when moving in same room. Could the battery issue be in this sensor? Is it a simple case of replacing the battery in it?

Thanks in advance for any knowledge you can share on this. She will contact the installer if absolutely necessary but I was trying to save her a call out charge as finances are tight. I am reasonably technical but have no alarm knowledge as I dont have an alarm in my own home. I have no interest in tampering with the system but if it was just a case of swapping a battery somewhere I'd be happy to assist.
