He topped the last euro election and I just can't fathom how he always gets so many votes. His two main points are always the same: legalise cannabis and let people cut turf. I would have thought the amount of people who really care about those things would be quite low. Cannabis has gone out of fashion this last few years. Maybe it is elderly people who keep voting for him because they have fond memories of helping with the turf in the bog and they also want to smoke grass for medicinal reasons.

Service providers who have lengthy appointment windows which require someone putting everything on hold to hang about the house for the duration of the window only for no-one to turn up, no correspondence or update as to why, just radio silence. Customer service for the provider can't engage with the service provision so can't offer a reason as to why either.

And this is on the back of two emails and two text message reminders of the appointment in advance making it very clear how important it is that there be a person over 18 in the premise the entire time..
