Hi guys I'm in the process of setting up a new coffee trailer business doing it from scratch a new coffee trailer ordered but would love to get people tried and tested opinions on what's needed, eg rent leave equipment what type of brand of equipment consumables what sells best any advice is welcome it's all to help me learn. Just taking a chance on something new. It will be on private property to start with. Thanks

How did you get as far as ordering a trailer if you don't know what sort of equipment you need? Is there a business plan? Where's your pitch? Have you got any experience with HACCP? I'm not trying to be bad, but I've noticed allot of coffee trailers shutting down because they can't get the number to work...

not much of a pitch for a coffee trailer? And HACCP, once the HSE is happy with it just a matter of keeping clean, stock rotation etc.

I’m no expert but once you’re set up it’s just matter of finding somewhere suitable to try sell the coffee (which is probably the hardest part) to make it viable.
