Can HKC Alarm time be changed remotely

    Hi all,

    I have a HKC alarm (don't know the model number but it's 2015 vintage). I have access to it via the HKC App.

    The time is completely wrong on it and I would like to correct it.

    The default engineer's code doesn't work so I assume the installer used their own. I can contact the installer but I don't want to pay a call out charge just to fix the time so I'm hoping they will do it for free if they can do it remotely.

    Is it possible to do this remotely or am I stuck with getting the installer out here in person?
