Thanks, I did check the connections already. Suppose I'll do my usual thing of taking it all apart and putting it back together again, and see if that fixes it.

Mm yeah they are, and they're sealed units too, so I'd have to drill out the rivets to remove the ends and take it apart.

Missing from the earth wire?

Anyway @10-10-20 you were right, must've been a loose connection after all.
