Hi guys. Would anyone have any experience of using Regatta backpacks for travelling? I'm heading to South America for 4 months and need a backpack. The Regatta backpacks are a good bit cheaper especially in the sales at the moment. If anyone has used one and would be able to give their opinion it would be great.

can’t speak for their backpacks but of the last two regatta coats owned in this household both the zips broke not too long after purchase. I wouldn’t buy from regatta again. Cheap for a reason I think.

For a short trip they are grand but 4 months backpacking spend decent money your back will thank you.

Ive had a Sporthouse for over 20 years and I can't fault it. Not sure if they are as good since they stopped making them in Ireland.

Berghaus, Lowe alpine not cheap but will last you years. Depending on where you living head to the a large outdoor store and try on as many as possible.
