My innisboffin inset stove has the riddle bars in the middle bending and it seems it's impossible to get parts these days. Has anyone any luck in getting a fixed grate made up as a possible fix?

Huh, I noticed the same in our inis stove too. Different model though. I doubt spares are going to be available. I wonder what sort of steel they're made from?

I have an awkward shaped fire grate and last time I needed a new one I made a pattern with an old cereal box, brought it to a small local engineering works and they welded one up for me. I think it was about 6 years ago and cost me 50 Euro.

Might be worth a try ?
