Irish solar data website

I hope this is okay to share here!

As a side project to learn JavaScript, I knocked up a website that shows various solar data. I’ve pulled information this thread and the Irish Solar Facebook group, which both have a lot of data. Surprisingly, I couldn’t find anyone combining these, so I decided to give it a shot myself.

Right now, the site is fairly basic, featuring just a couple of graphs, but happy to hear suggestions on how to improve it! If anyone’s interested, pull requests are more than welcome! (I'm aware of https://www.pvstats.eu/, which is closing down this year)

nice work! If you can, I think potential PV owners would benefit from a cost per kWp installed, but by year of installation to illustrate the falling costs. If the data allows, (it’s there but sparsely populated) then an estimated payback period viz would be helpful. I suspect most are in the 6-8 year range but it’d be good to see it.

Thanks! That's a good idea, I'll get on that. It would be interesting to know what the average price installers are currently offering for X size system, but I can't see a way to get that data.

Nice, you seem to be missing Decembers data in the first production graph, same when I try to compare system size.

I had forgotten about this Goggle sheets doc and I kinda thought people werent updating it as well…anyway its good to see people are updating still.

I have uploaded my data there now for the last two years and its good to see pound-for-pound my system is right on top there for kWh produced for kWp installed.
