Is there a political element to the removal? The BBC article hints at it - Mondelez and Unilever both lost royal warrants, and they were the two companies named by a Ukrainian support group as still operating in Russia?

Many years ago, you would get a creamier taste from the chocolate made in Coolock compared to the UK as its used Irish milk which is predominantly from grass fed cows, whereas in the UK, feed is used a lot more in rearing of milk cows.

Coolock is now closed. It used to be the only factory that made the Flake (and twirl and timeout) as it required a specialist machine and a particular manufacturing process. I think these items moved to Turkey

It's very common for people to get lose and loose mixed up, I think it's more of an Irish thing than English. I often don't even notice when people get it wrong. I always have to double check I have the right one.
