Can I calibrate a speedometer?

I had to have the clock set of my 2007 Renault Megane replaced.

All is working perfectly except that the speedometer is reading about 20% under. So, 100kph on the clock is actually about 80kph actual speed. It's the safe side of wrong, but still wrong.

Is is possible to re-calibrate the speedometer?

Also, is it possible to correct the mileage readout on this secondhand clock set?

    Thanks.

    D.

Bring it back to whoever switched the clocks or, not sure where you're located but Logic Automotive in Rathcoole/Newcastle could sort your existing clocks possibly.
