Laptop for college use

HI guys,

Ma daughters lenovo laptop has finally gave up and I'm on the hunt for a new one for Xmas. Budget is 500 or under. Windows based. She plays some games on it but nothing too taxing.

nice yes if battery length is going to be an issue get the amd version. also consider upgrading to 1tb storage and maybe 16gb of ram or the 15 inch versions ,
