Where best to buy vitamin D

Hi all, not sure if this is the right forum, but I was wondering if anyone else is taking vitamin D and where might it be cheapest

Lidl and Aldi have it, probably as cheap as you’ll get

These are very good multi vitamins for men, have nearly everything you need. Should be available in a lot of shops. You probably don't need to take the 3 a day if you're not working out.

super milk isn’t a bad option either

I’m currently taking a spray I got in SuperValu. It wasn’t expensive. Hopefully it’s effective.

Get your GP to write you a script for it & pick it up in any chemist. Been on it for years, a month’s supply is costing me €1.50 on the medical card.

I take Boots own brand - they very often have 2 for 1 sales, makes their vitamins very good value.
