Milk for toddlers on International flights?

Hi All, We are travelling to Asia and wondering if milk is available (500 ml) on international routes for toddlers? Etihad Airways. Or do we buy a carton from the duty free shop? Thanks for any air travel advice with toddlers.

Theres been several in the last couple of days.
