I'd love The Blessed Madonna from that. And maybe Orbital (if they were doing green and brown albums again)

Probably not a great sign that the Forever Now poster looks more appetising to me than Bilbao.

EOTR initial line up. Some good stuff but not blowing me away.

it’s super solid for a pre Christmas early announcement versus prior years spring announcement

Theyve announced the 4 headliners. Its objectively weak.

Pre Christmas announcement a new thing for them? Throwing themselves into the Christmas market? Anyway, they'll be hoist by their own petard, as the man says. It shows the quality that we expect from them when we're all throwing our caps at that announcement. Imagine that was an EP in initial announcement? We'd be dancing in the aisles!

Last years headliners were bonnie, fever ray, idles and slowdive. This is exactly the same calibre if not slightly stronger.

    Green Man

Nice lineup. 90% of the acts seems to alternate between Green Man and EOTR.

EOTR pips it for me on personal taste. Both solid enough

Ah very happy with that, a good 30 or so I'd love to see before I go near new discoveries. Bring it on!

Kneecap headlining Thursday. Been a good 12 months for them.

Sleaford Mods headlined Thursday last year in the tent, I wonder will they give the lads the main stage this year? I'd say the tent will be rammed.

If i saw that Green Man lineup for ATN i'd be delighted. As it is though, there's no real standout act for me (personal taste here). Y'know, the kind of act that really tips it over to pulse quickening. Solid and a good weekend to be had all the same.

Tends to be the same a lot of the time with these smaller festivals but the undercard usually has a few belters. EOTR the same this year.

Beautiful little fest outside in Killarney, magical surroundings of the Reeks.

I have a festival suggestion for anyone who festival days have been sadly replaced with a sun holiday in the Canaries.

Arrecife en Vivo festival in Lanzarote. https://www.arrecifeenvivo.com/en/home/

It's a (mostly) free festival that runs every Friday for 4 weeks in September/October.

Funny enough setup where there multiple stages and when a band finishes on one stage, a mariachi band leads the crowd to the next stage which could be half a km away.

90% of the bands are Spanish but always a couple international bands each year. I went a few years ago and saw EMF headline. Was great fun.

One weekend last year was a paid event but the majority are totally free. The website isn't updated yet but the fake Fun Loving Criminals are one of the bands playing 2025. Best to follow them on Instagram for updates.

Stage splits out for Green Man....

Loads to like. Really disappointed that Friko, Sam Evian and Hannah Cohen from the original lineup have disappeared but some solid additions today. When I look at my likely Sunday run of Warmduscher, Yard Act, Beth Gibbons and TV on the Radio and consider that to see that lot, I'm ditching Divorce, Cassandra Jenkins and Nilufer Yanya, it reminds me of the absolute quality I'm facing into. Also very excited at the 'warm up' day run of WH Lung, Adwaith, Gurriers and Kneecap one after the other in the tent. It's all very exciting.

Has anyone attended Rock En Seine in Paris. Thinking of going over for one of the days. Some.very good acts playing but couldn't see any sold out day which thought was unusual
