It’s all over social media which was the objective, most people wouldn’t even hear about the fight if it wasn’t for the fake drama

You can’t just argue this all the time when scrotes act like scrotes.

Kinda like saying that there should be no lines that people can’t cross. Because it’s all “promotion.”

I’m not arguing anything just saying what I see as promotion, what lines were crossed ? They exchanged a few words and it was all pathetic really in my opinion, people that are into misfits seem to enjoy all this and that bloke running it ksi was laughing his head off because he knows it’s making him money

Is Darren Till boxing now? He has a glass jaw is why I'm asking.

Till, worst UFC fighter ever, does have a glass jaw.. but Fumbles has feather fists. Till might survive. I imagine this circus will be PPV. I think it’s on a streaming service. itv or something like that

Till is hardly the worst UFC fighter ever but yes this is a pretty ridiculous fight, like who is calling for this?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 59,686 ✭✭✭✭walshb

One the worst.. I was more using it for emphasis..of UFC name type fighters he’s up there

Fumbles says he’s jumping up in divisions to fight Till at HW. Hmm, not the quickest a cats is Tommy. Till is naturally smaller, and an MMA fighter..

TIll is bigger clown then big john and that's saying something.

good interview with Liam Cameron on George Groves. Fair echoes of the one he did with Froch a week or so ago but more background and detail. He speaks in a very strange and slow way. I can’t decide if he’s a wee bit lacking in intelligence, just shy and not into speaking or if the lifestyle has had an impact on him cognitively. I don’t mean to slight him his story is inspirational. The way the Whittaker fight went down (literally) could well be the best thing to happen to him . He’s hot property now.

sunny edwards looks to be in trouble here against a fella on his ninth fight, he’s barely moving at the start of round 3

Edwards wasn't even moving at the very start of the fight.

His whole style is based on movement. Don't know what was wrong with him, even though that might sound harsh on Yafai, who was relentless and impressive.

I never like it when active fighters get involved in other fighters careers (managing, promoting, etc.), it's like they've stopped caring about their own career and are already moving on.

Well done Yafai. Will be interesting to see how he does from now on. He has been fast-tracked with his age and has proved to be at that level.

edwards got jumped on from the first bell and got buzzed within ten seconds

At the end of round 2 he said he didn’t want to be here

He’s retired now which I was surprised about when he’s only 28

I missed the fight itself but it sounds like Edwards at a certain point should have pulled out of this fight well before we got near to fight night. Seems his head had gone along with his body.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 59,686 ✭✭✭✭walshb

Edward’s just couldn’t deter the pressure and volume. He fought hard, landed a lot, but not near strong enough. Gal had no worries at all about what Sunny was throwing.

Did Edwards even train for that? Abysmal performance. Looked like a guy who was just happy to take a final pay day.

his lost fight press conference was quit hard to watch, he’s been plagued with injuries and couldn’t complete a camp for the last few years he said his body is broken

Anyone watch the War in Waterford fights last night? Tyrone McKenna didn't take too long against Dylan Moran.

In fairness to McKenna while clearly limited he's been incredibly entertaining throughout his career. That was mental last night.
