Hamilton Park Green VS Coach Road in Clane, Kildare

    Hi,

    I am looking the the two new developments in Clane.

    Which one do you guys think is better?

    Is anyone aware of any new developments coming in the next couple of months costing below EUR 500000 in county Dublin or Kildare? House size should be more than 115 sqm.

    Hi there,

    As a native of Clane I've been finding it difficult to chose between the two. We had our heart set on Coach Road & I was about to send the deposit until I took one last drive around it which turned me off. Its like a concrete jungle & they're having awful issues with traffic in the mornings,also I didn't find Coonans very professional. I have a deposit on Hamilton Park Green & can't wait to move in. In my opinion it's a much nicer setting & traffic shouldn't be an issue! Hopefully you've decided by now & we could be neighbours...keep me updated!
