I have a 30% off offer to upgrade my remaining 47 days of Essential to Premium. But idk if I stack essential for another year @ 20% discount if the 30% upgrade offer to premium will still be there. Not that im thinking of upgrading, just for you to consider.

On the other hand, idk if i upgrade to premium first for 30% off if there will then be a subsequent offer to stack also afterwards.

I'm currently on an extra subscription with an expiry date of 19/12/24 and auto renew turned off. The only deal I can see on app and PS5 is to upgrade remaining days to premium. Is anyone aware of any clever workarounds to get a discount, or will I be stuck paying full whack? Ideally I'd like to upgrade to premium for a year

Okay so I'm on Essential and got 20% off to renew. Did that and now I'm getting 25% off upgrading to Extra and 30% off Premium. Both prices are for 395 days, which is 1 year plus the extra time to my new expiry date of December 22th 2025.

So €57.59 for 1 year of essential and then €43.92/€60.73 for 395 days to upgrade to Extra/Premium.

Upgrading to Premium to take full advantage of my new fibre connection.

It may be due to the fact that I cancelled the auto renewal about a week ago that I got the Essential offer. Was due to expire on December 22nd.

I didn't get an offer but maybe it's because i had previously bought 3 months to coincide with this sale, expires tonight. So at the moment, i can upgrade for 1 day for 60 cents or wait for tonight and choose any of them for a year at discount, i believe anyway.

I let my sub expire a couple of months ago and whilst I was gearing up for renewing now, the offerings have been so poor over the last year on Essential that I'm thinking of leaving it.

Barely play multiplayer too.

I had a similar "offer" to upgrade to premium for the 20ish days left on my subscription. Some people online seemed to.unlock an offer for an additional year by doing this, I gave it a go but can only see full price yearly subscriptions now.

Same, my essentials sub is due to end on 19th Dec, I paid €2 to upgrade to Extra but no discount to renew after that. Looking for the full price €125.99

Am I the only one who gets this offer? This isn't even discounted, my subscription doesn't run out until halfway through next year.

I'd say you'll be fine. The sales tend to run into the first couple of days of December.

Outside of some whopper games being announced today for December, I'm leaving mine expired. I just don't play many of the monthly games and I don't really play online. Might get a month at some point if I pick up COD (as I usually have my fill within a month).

It takes two is a great addition, one of the best games I played over the last few years.

It is and if possible play it with your kid. A great couch co-op game. We enjoyed it start to finish.

Similar to my kids. I forgot to 'cancel' so it tried to auto-renew for a few days using an old card and I checked yesterday what I was offered on renewal and it was full price, while in there I cancelled it manually.

Today I got the subscription ended email so went in and checked and the offer was then there. Oddly though they were still able to use and download Playstation Plus yesterday, a couple of days after getting the email to say the membership has expired.
